ipadmini giveaway I’m giving away some good stuff and today is your opportunity to win it!

It’s a big day for me here at the Foundation Fitness HQ. In celebration of all that is happening I want to give a huge thanks to you, my loyal readers with an opportunity to win some super solid giveaways, an ipad mini, Foundation Fitness Tee, Training Journal, a seat in Abs Course and more …

The past few months I’ve had my head down, working hard creating needed solutions for the many who have asked.

Here’s what’s been going on:

3 HUGE Announcements

1) Today marks the launch of a brand new look for Foundation Fitness. It’s been well over 4 months in development and I’m super excited to present to you our new home, the FF HQ. Check it out and paroos around here. And definitely let me know what you think! Also, if you look around the blog here at patrickhitches.com it got the same sexy facelift!

A special thanks to Shannon Noack and Vicky Theodorou who orchestrated and executed the design and flow of the new sites. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

2) I’ve nailed a bunch of details down on our 2013 Summer Abs Course. It is open and taking new students! I’ve been getting lots of emails as to when this will be ready and now is the time. I’ll be keeping registration open through June 1st so get in ASAP!

3) But most importantly, the biggest project I’ve been working on to date and I am so so excited to release this – as it is one of super importance. It’s called Baby Belly Rehabilitation and it’s specifically designed for the ladies looking to get their pre-baby body back in action.

As it stands, the United States is one of the only countries that don’t provide any type of post natal rehabilitation program. I’ve been asked so many times over the years to fill this void and I’ve teamed up with the most qualified post natal professional I know and a dear friend of mine, Christopher Coates to bring you the most effective post natal rehabilitation progression we could create.

If you or someone you know has had a baby within the year, this is exactly what she needs. You can check out more details inside the program itself as there is a 30 day trial period for all ladies interested in getting their pre-baby body back! Check it out here.

And now, My Giveaway Gifts to You!

As I said earlier, this is a truly exciting time for me and Foundation Fitness. There is so much going on that I can hardly contain myself. In an effort to let off some of my pent up stokedness (is that a word?) I’m just going to give you an opportunity to win some cool shit.

Check out what I’m giving away:

An iPad Mini

A seat inside the new Abs Course

6 Month free enrollment in Baby Belly Rehabilitation (option to give to a friend who had a baby recently)

Foundation Fitness training journal

A fresh American Apparel Foundation Fitness Tee shirt

This is over $1K in value all yours for the taking!

How to win:

Simply fill out the entry form below and it will walk you right through the process! Get up to 10 entries by following the prompts in the box.

Giveaway ends at midnight May 31st, 2013.

Good luck and cheers to living the good life!

I would probably work half the day if I could, and spend the rest of the day improving my mind and body. I’d love to learn how to cook so that I could make good healthy meals for my family. At the end of the day, I’d go to sleep knowing that I am a better person than i was the day before.

    Jeremiah,

I agree with you 100% on spending half the day producing quality “work” that you love and enjoy and then the rest improving body and mind. The importance of working “in” is just as important as working “out”. I’m going to be posting solid fat loss recipes often here on the site, so keep your eyes peeled and maybe we can help you make that learning curve on cooking happen! Thanks for the input Jeremiah…

  59. Heidi Hile — May 29, 2013 @ 3:44 am

The ultimate life(style) to me: To be healthy!! Ok, so yeah, I want to look fit, slimmer, and attractive, but that’s not my only priority! I have 4 children, ranging from 15 down to 21 months. (And lord knows, I have the “baby belly,” the one thing I never lose!!) The youngest has made me realize that I am not a young girl anymore! It’s takes all I have, at only 32 years of age, to play outside with him for a few hours!! My new objective is to live a healthier lifestyle, which does include shedding more than a few pounds. I want to FEEL better, physically and emotionally, both of which is necessary, to enjoy my children, and someday, my grandchildren. I want to walk taller, without back pain. I want to walk faster, without shortness of breath. I want to walk longer, without growing tired. I desire to more spiritually awakened. I desire to be a little more free of stress, tension, and depression! I desire to be more motivated. I long to have more energy! Over the past few weeks, I have done quite a bit of research on what it will take to get my mind and body where they need to be. At nearly 33 years old, my real age is calculated to be around 45, due to years of living an unhealthy lifestyle. I have researched supplements, and even ordered a few. I have signed up for e-recipes for healthier foods. I have subscribed to a few healthy lifestyle magazines. I have looked for, found, liked, and am following sites, such as yours, to help me make the transition into a healthy lifestyle. I have ordered materials to help with smoking cessation, including literature, gum, electronic cigarettes and more, rather than signing up for my beloved cigarette coupons! I have subscribed to an electronic daily reflection site! I have started walking and doing light toning exercises to help build muscle, decrease fat, and get ready for the more trying exercises. I genuinely want to be healthy, in every aspect of the term, and that, sir, is my idea of living ultimately!!!

  60. Amy Baker — May 29, 2013 @ 4:04 am
